Mississippi to Fort Worth

After our morning bout with ants, so far they're ahead, we set off for points west. We went right through Louisiana. No flea markets...no bead shops...and NO REST STOPS! Not one along I20.

We decided to go as far as we felt like it, and as luck would have it, we ended up in Dallas /Fort Worth at rush hour. Fortunately we were going against traffic:) and were able to locate a tiny RV park in the middle of downtown Fort Worth. Seriously. The only one for miles and right in the middle of everything. Not fancy, and perfect.

Next day...Charlie and I went to the Stockyards (Old Town Fort Worth) and did some sightseeing. If you want a pair of boots, a belt, or a cowboy hat, that's the place for you!

We got to see a cattle drive, and, I know you're not going to believe this, but there was this bead shop... I am married to a saint.
